New reviews posted in the "Works" section. Along with Gabrielle Calvocoressi, Ali Liebegott, and Fiona Zedde, Myriam is a featured panelist at the West Hollywood Book Fair (647 N. San Vicente Blvd) Sunday, September 30, from 2:15 to 3:15. At 6, she performs at Conrad Romo's Tongue & Groove (1623 1/2 N. Cahuenga Blvd) with Brad Listi, Scott Wamberg, Kathleen Dennehy, Jared Cox (a.k.a. Black Spinach) and musical guest Karen Ramos.

Dahlia Season is a 2008 ALA Stonewall Award nominee. It will be taught in Bill Nericcio's English class at San Diego State University this fall. An excerpt of Myriam's forthcoming novel, Pedro Cottontail, will be published in the second issue of make/shift magazine in September.
